The latest signs on both reports and attitude around the local market is that confidence is returning to both the investment and buying markets, with those who were waiting for markets to stablilise out now stepping up. In both property and boats, movement, albeit small, is being registered and people are beginning to look at alternative ways of investing their income.

Over the past few weeks, summer has definitely arrived in Dubai, with mid-40 degree temperatures and less afternoon breeze as the sea temperatures increase. Jelly fish are also making a comeback, so watch out if having a quick dive as the current invasion have tentacles stretching up to half a metre behind them (though are not too painful as we found out personally).
